His child, his son Flávio, who holds office as a legislator, called for a assembly of his followers near Bolsonaro's home to take place on Saturday night.
Flávio Bolsonaro wrote on digital networks on Friday: Do you plan to struggle for your homeland, or watch it all from your smartphone there on your sofa? I urge you to fight with us."
He said the vigil would be so followers could seek divine intervention for his well-being and for the return of democracy in our country."
Foreign Shelter Risks
Part of the magistrate's determination was the possibility of his move to embassies near the dwelling, considering that the investigations revealed a background of planning to ask for protection through a consular facility", a statement said.
The legal document emphasizes that the US embassy in the capital, Brazil's capital, is located around approximately 13 kilometers from his dwelling.

At the period, his attorneys called the over 27-year sentence unreasonably severe".
He was also prohibited from running for public office until 2060 - a decade minus two years after the end of his sentence.
